Grace Apartments was established in 1994, though ownership brings more than 45 years of combined experience providing quality housing throughout Wisconsin. Our communities serve older adults aged 62 and above, along with individuals with disabilities. Each apartment was designed with these residents in mind, providing easy access and support for the daily needs and individual circumstances of our tenants.

Grace Apartments offers large rooms and abundant closet space, a rarity in modern apartment construction. This extra room allows residents to move freely and maneuver with ease throughout their homes.
Included Amenities
Each apartment includes allowances for free heat and utilities, along with an air conditioning sleeve. Cable television is available, and carpets, drapes, and kitchen fixtures are furnished for every resident.
Building Features
All three Grace Apartments locations include private off-street parking and ground-level leisure rooms for residents to enjoy. Elevators and multiple laundry facilities are available at every building to support accessibility for residents.
Meet the Owner:
Devan Minard
Devan Minard purchased his first investment property as a senior in high school, closing on the deal at age 18. Soon after, he took on a management role with Grace Apartments, and by age 22, he purchased the company outright without private investors. Devan now owns more than 75 apartment units and continues to grow the business while keeping tenant satisfaction as the top priority.
